HISTORY OF PRAG MAHAL

     Prag mahal is 19th century palace which is located in bhuj. Construction of prag mahal took almost 14 years. In 1865 construction was started by Rao pragmalji 2 (bija) and it was completed in 1879. Construction of prag mahal is done in Italian style and in this construction many Italians are involved. Total cost of construction of prag mahal is 3 million rupees. Prag mahal is attraction of bhuj city and number of tourists come here to see the beauty of prag mahal. 

PRAG MAHAL MAIN HALL

       Sandstone and Italian marble are used in construction of prag mahal. Main hall of prag mahal is filled up with beautiful animals .they looks like still alive but actually they are dead. Darbar hall is attraction of prag mahal. classical statues increases the beauty of darbar hall. Prag mahal has approximately 45-48 meter high tower with clock from where you can see the entire bhuj city.
