Some History about Hampi:-
            Hampi is a village that was last capital of vijaynagar and also It is known as greatest Hindu kingdom in india. It has some  ruins, intriguingly intermingled with large boulders that rear up all over the landscape.The ruins, which date back to the 14th century, stretch for just over 27 kilometers and comprise more than 450 monuments. The most striking monument is the Vittala Temple, dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Its main hall has 56 pillars that make musical sounds when struck.

Mysore Palace in karnataka

Mysore Palace is a historical place in city of Mysore, Karnataka. It is one of the famous historical Places of India. Wodeyars were the ruler of Mysore and The palace of Mysore was their official residence and seat. Palace has two Darbar halls and it includes gardens, buildings and  a fascinating and gigantic array of courtyards. Mysore Palace is located in the central region of inner Mysore.

Mysore is also known as city of palaces. It has 7 Palaces including this palace but This palace is the most beautiful and most visited tourist attraction among all palaces. If we talk about tourist attractions of India then after taj mahal Mysore Palace is the 2nd Most visited tourist attraction. It derives more then 6 million visitors annually.

in the 14th century, King Yaduraya first built a palace inside the Old Fort in Mysore. After that it was renovated by the Maharaja Rajarshi His Highness Krishnarajendra Wadiyar IV. Lord Henry Irwin was the architect who has renovated this palace from old palace. Construction of Palace was started in 1897 and completed in 1912. Its a three story stone architecture.

Ellora caves in maharashtra

 Ellora is an archaeological site which is located at 30 km away from Aurangabad city in Maharashtra State. We know that everyone has heard about ellora caves and some of you have already visited this site.  Brief history of ellora caves
  Ellora is known for Hindu, Jain and Buddhist temples which were built during 6th and 9th century in the rule of  Rashtrakuta, Chalukya, and Kalachuri. Ellora caves site is included in world heritage site. This caves are built in the vertical face of charanandri hills. Carving work of ellora was begun in 550 AD.
The Hindu Caves: It was constructed in the beginning of 7th century which represent different style of carving and creation version. because of few complexities it requires few generations of planning and coordination to complete the construction of Hindu caves.

The Buddhist Caves: The buddhist caves was structured earliest but created in between of 5th and 7th century. These caves consist multi - story buildings carved in the mountain face which includes kitchens, living quarters and sleeping quarters.

The Jain Caves: They are large as much the hindu caves and buddhist caves but the represent the detailed art work. Jain Caves represent specific dimensions jain philosophy and tradition.

  Ellora is famous because of its carving in different styles. there are total 34 caves which includes 17 Hindu caves 12 Buddhist caves and 5 jain caves. when you reach at ellora caves you need to take a ticket which costs rs. 10 per person, to see the ellora caves. Ardh Kumbh Mela at Haridwar 2016

Kumbh mela is a grand festival of Hindu religion's people. According to our survey it is a largest religious gathering in the world. From all over the world Hindu pilgrims come and take holy bath in Ganga river on special dates. Kumbh mela festival is celebrated at total 4 places of India which are Haridwar, Ujjain, Allahabad and Nashik. at each place kumbh mela is celebrated once in 12 years and ardh kumbh mela is celebrated once in six years. when sun enters in the zodiac sign aries and jupiter enters in the zodiac sign aquarious, Kumbh mela festival is celebrated. This year in 2016 kumbh mela will be celebrated at Ujjain. But Ardh kumbh will be celebrated at Haridwar.

Jahaz Mahal(Ship Palace) in Mandu, Madhya Pradesh

Jahaz Mahal is located at Mandu, Madhya Pradesh. It is one of the best monumental buildings in Mandu. It is a must see place for tourists who wants to do sightseeing in Mandu. Jahaz Mahal is surrounded by two artificial  lakes named Munj Talao and Kapur talao. Because of surrounding pond water it looks like a floating structure under water and hence this place is named as Jahaz Mahal. In English it is also named as Ship Palace. Ship means Jahaz and Palace means Mahal.

Jahaz Mahal has double storeyed building which is situated on a narrow strip of land. It is 115 meters in length and 15 meters in width. Mandu Sultan Ghiyas-ud-din Khilji has built this Palace in mid of 15th century for accommodation of women. Jahaz Mahal is a very good example of creative designs. All the windows and Passages are designed with arches in different designs. 

How to reach Jahaz mahal?

By Air: To reach Jahaz mahal by air, Indore Airport is the nearest airport. It is the best option if you want to reach by air because Indore is well connected with other cities of India. From airport you can take a taxi to reach mandu.

By Train: Indore Junction is the best option to reach jahaz mahal by train because Indore junction is the nearest junction from Jahaz mahal. From Indore railway station you can take a taxi to reach Mandu.

By Road: Mandu is well connected by road from all the cities of India. You can directly reach Mandu via Road from any place in India.
